This recipe is very easy to prepare as well as delicious. My family enjoyed this recipe and wants me to prepare it again.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease 9x12 inch pan.
- 3. Heat Burritos thoroughly following instructions on package.
- 4. Heat enchilada sauce to point of boiling.
- 5. Pour sauce over burritos and cover with grated cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes.
- 6. Drop sour cream by spoonfuls over top.
- 7. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
- 8. Serve with salsa.
- 9. Serves 6 to 8.

- Slice chicken breast into strips toss with taco seasoning.
- Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and cook about 6 minutes until done.
- Dividing evenly, layer chicken and remaining ingredients on heated tortillas.
- Roll up.
- Serve.
