Frozen Irish Cream Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
• 2. Select Variable 1.
• 3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
• 4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• In small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons water and gelatin: let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves; set aside.
• In med saucepan, combine chocolate, milk, corn syrup and sugar. Cook and whisk over low heat until mixture is smooth. Stir in dissolved gelatin mixture; cool.
• Add Irish Cream and yogurt. Beat egg white, 1/3 cup water and non-fat dry milk until stiff but not dry. Fold into yogurt mixture.
• Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Steps:

• Add ice cream, frozen milk cubes, chilled coffee, brandy and coffee liqueur to a blender. Combine on high until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. (It will have the consistency of a thin milkshake.)
• Divide between highball glasses and swirl 1/8 teaspoon coffee grounds on the top of each drink.
