GRILLED SHEET PAN S'MORES

Steps:
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spread 15 graham crackers with chocolate spread and line them up on the prepared sheet pan. These will be the sandwich bases.
- Using 2 spoons, dollop the marshmallow cream evenly on the chocolate-spread graham crackers. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly across the graham crackers. Do the same with the caramel chips, chocolate chips and toffee bits. Top each bottom cracker with a top cracker to create a sandwich.
- Place the sheet pan on the grill. If your grill has a lid, close it. If your grill does not have a lid, flip a second sheet pan over and rest on top of the pan of s'mores to create a lid. Cook until everything is deliciously melted, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, shrimp, peas, celery and onion. , In another bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.

My mom's unusual salad has been popular with friends and family for many years. This salad calls for a lot of ingredients but is worth the effort. If possible, use pickle juice instead of the vinegar.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the macaroni and let it cook until al dente; drain well.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, ketchup, pickle juices, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, parsley, celery seed, chili powder, salt, black pepper and shrimp. Fold the macaroni into the mixture. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.

My mom made this shrimp macaroni salad one day for a picnic and it was such a hit, there were no leftovers and we have been making it ever since. I have even omitted the shrimp at times due to allergies of our guests and it is still everyone's favorite.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Rinse and drain.
- Mix macaroni, shrimp, tomatoes, olives, and green onions together in a large bowl.
- Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for dressing in a separate bowl or mixing glass. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

TANGY SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD
Another recipe from the 1980 version of the Grace Evangelical Congregational Church cookbook from Muir, Pennsylvania that was given to me by my Nana when I became an adult. This recipe was submitted to the cookbook by Mrs. Alice (Podgie) Meyer. She didn't specify the number of servings this recipe makes. So, I am using guesswork. Chill time is not included in cooking time.

- Drain and rinse with cold water to keep it from sticking together.
- Add dressing and chill for at least one hour, or overnight.
- Combine mustard, mayonnaise and seasonings.
- Add together with remainder of ingredients to the macaroni and mix well.
- Better if mixed an hour ahead of eating, so the flavors can blend together.
