Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., For brownies, melt unsweetened chocolate on high in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool slightly. Cream butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition; beat in melted chocolate and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Fold in 1 cup miniature marshmallows. , Spread batter over graham cracker crust. Top with 1 cup marshmallows and broken graham crackers. Bake until center is set, 18-22 minutes (do not overbake).

Cute little graduation caps are made with peanut butter cup hats, graham cracker cookie mortarboards, and candy licorice tassels. They are easy to assemble with prepared frosting to hold them together.

- Cut licorice candy whips into 2-inch pieces, and pull them apart to make small strings. Set aside.
- Place a miniature peanut butter cup upside down on a work surface; top with a dab of frosting. Center a chocolate-covered graham cracker cookie onto the frosting to make a small cap with a mortarboard. Gently press the cookie onto the peanut butter cup.
- Place a small dab of frosting in the center of the graham cracker cookie and attach a red licorice string as a tassel, letting the tassel drape over the edge of the cookie. Place a candy-coated milk chocolate piece onto the center of the cookie over the end of the tassel to make a button.
- Repeat with remaining candies and cookies to make 50 graduation caps with tassels.

Steps:
- Prepare brownie batter.
- Line mini muffin cups.
- Fill each 2/3 way full of brownie batter.
- Bake at 350 for 21-23 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Move to wire racks.
- Take off muffin paper liners.
- Slice 1/8 off top of muffin.
- Turn upside down.
- Attach a fudge graham to the top using the frosting as "Glue".
- For the cap tassel, place a string of licorice and top with M & M.
- Use frosting as the glue.
- You should get about 48 caps from this recipe.
- If you use regular size muffins, the graham cracker may look too small to be the mortarboard.
