DELICIOUS GRILLED HAMBURGERS

Steps:
- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and garlic powder. Form into 3 patties, handling the meat minimally. Brush both sides of each patty with some oil, and season with seasoned salt.
- Place the patties on the grill grate, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.

This is great. They serve it at the factory where I work every now and then. I hear that some people call bologna "North Carolina Steak". This is a great burger!

- Sauté green pepper and onion in butter with seasonings of choice.
- Remove to a plate.
- Fry bologna in the greased pan to brown on both sides.
- Add cheese to top if you want it.
- Put mustard on prepared bun.
- Add bologna.
- Top with green peppers and onions.

- Preheat a grill to medium high. Divide the beef into four 6-ounce portions. Gather each into a ball, then gently flatten into a 4 1/2-inch-wide patty about 3/4 inch thick. Press your thumb into the center of each patty to make a 1/2-inch-deep indentation (this prevents the patties from bulging as they cook). Season the patties on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then grill the patties indentation-side up until marked on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until marked and slightly firm, about 3 more minutes for medium doneness.
- Remove the burgers to a plate and let rest 5 minutes so the juices redistribute. Serve the burgers on the buns; top as desired.

Steps:
- Slice the bologna into 1/8-inch strips.
- Oil a flat top grill and cook the bologna on it until it crisps nicely.
- Saute the onions on the flat top until caramelized.
- Once caramelized, put the onions on top of the bologna. Add a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Toast the onion roll. Spread with the mustard, add the bologna, onions and cheese, the pickles and a '"smosh" of potato chips.

- Preheat pellet grill to 225 degrees. Remove the wrapper from the bologna and slice it in half length-wise.
- Generously coat the bologna on all sides with rub. Toss on the Grilla Grill and cook for 3 hours. At 3 hours, raise your pit temperature to about 375 degrees and start coating the exterior with your sauce.
- Two coats should do it with 15 minutes of pit time between each coat. Let the sauce caramelize a bit on the last coat and then remove from the grill.
