Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat all together.
  • Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.

  • Combine flour, salt, soda and spices and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.
  • Add bananas and vanilla beat until smooth.
  • Gradually stir in flour mixture and oats until well combined.

  • Pour into a grease 9x13 baking pan.
  • Bake at 425° for about 25 minutes or until golden.

  • Add in the vanilla extract, milk and egg. Mix the ingredients together.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Butter and flour 15x10x1-inch baking sheet. Blend first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Beat butter in large bowl until fluffy. Add both sugars and beat until well blended.
