- In a large skillet, cook the beef, red pepper and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the beans, corn, taco sauce, olives and seasonings; heat through., Spoon 3/4 cup beef mixture into each pita half. Sprinkle with cheese. - In a small bowl, mix yogurt, parsley, garlic and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Toss beef with herbs, pepper and remaining salt., In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 4-6 minutes. Remove from pan., In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink, 2-3 minutes. Serve on pitas; top with onion and sauce.

- Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the dressing; set aside. Pour remaining dressing over steak; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Cook and stir onions, green peppers and garlic in reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. Season with black pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Stir in carrots.
- Spoon evenly into pita bread halves just before serving.

- Combine first 4 ingredients. Add sliced beef. Set aside.
- Cut onions into 1" pieces. Set aside. Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry beef, draining and reserving marinade. Remove beef from wok when done, keeping warm.
- Add cornstarch mixture to wok with remaining marinade. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Remove wok from heat, stir in beef and onions.
- Assemble sandwiches in Pita breads with lettuce.
