BUFFALO CHICKEN EGG ROLLS
One of my favorite slow cooker recipes is this impressive buffalo chicken egg rolls appetizer. You can wrap the filling in egg roll wraps and bake, or, for a bite-size version, use smaller won ton wraps. -Tara Odegaard, Omaha, Nebraska

- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine chicken, dressing mix and wing sauce. Cook, covered, on low until chicken is tender, 3-4 hours., Preheat oven to 425°. Shred chicken with 2 forks; stir in butter., With a corner of an egg roll wrapper facing you, place 3 tablespoons chicken mixture just below center of wrapper; top with 1 teaspoon each feta and mozzarella cheeses. (Cover remaining wrappers with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Fold bottom corner over filling; moisten remaining wrapper edges with water. Fold side corners toward center over filling; roll up tightly, pressing at the tip to seal. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets, seam side down. Repeat., Bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Spray large microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray.
- Add egg beaters and cheese wedge, breaking the cheese into pieces.
- Microwave 1 min; stir. Microwave 30 more seconds.
- Add seasoned tomatoes and pepperoni. Mix well.
- Microwave 30 seconds (or until set).
- Lightly stir. Sprinkle with topping.

BUFFALO CHICKEN DEVILED EGGS
This is great for tailgating or just watching football at home! I like to make extra Buffalo chicken and dip with celery and carrots.

Steps:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, combine onion and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove and let cool.
- Combine chicken, blue cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, and celery in a large mixing bowl.
- Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Slice in half lengthwise and separate yolks and whites.
- Add egg yolks and cooked onion to the chicken mixture; mix until well combined. Taste and add additional wing sauce if needed. Put the mixture in a resealable bag and squeeze it to one corner. Snip off the corner and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
