Hidden Cheeseburger Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, egg, hot pepper sauce, and bread crumbs. Season with paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, red chile pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Form the beef mixture into 4 balls, and press a well in the center of each. Stuff with equal amounts of the cheese mixture. Press meat around filling to seal. Arrange on a baking sheet, and press gently into thick patties.
• Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, until well done.

Steps:

• Combine the ground beef, pickles, onion, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
• Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the hamburger patties in the hot oil until the burgers are cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 8 to 10 minutes for well done.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside. Cover a flat surface with the flour. Divide the bread dough into 4 even pieces; roll each piece into a flattened rectangle on the floured surface at least twice the size of the American cheese slices. Place one slice of American cheese on each piece of dough; top each with one of the cooked patties and another slice of American cheese. Fold the dough over the top of the meat and cheese. Pinch the dough around the edges to seal completely. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet with the seam side facing downward. Brush the tops with the melted butter; move to a warm area and allow to rise for 20 minutes.
• Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
• Bake in the preheated oven until the bread has browned, about 20 minutes.

Steps:

• Combine seasoning/salad dressing mix with beef and cheese.
• Shape into 4 patties; cook thoroughly, until meat is no longer pink in the center; (We like to grill ours, but these can also be cooked on the stovetop).
• Toast buns before serving, if desired.

• In a large bowl, season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
• Shred the carrots and broccoli using a box grater and add to the bowl with the beef.
• Mix well with a spoon or your hands and form into patties.
• Either pan-fry or grill until cooked. Top with cheese and let it melt.
• Assemble burger with your favorite toppings.

Steps:

• Set aside the sliced cheese and bread dough. Mix all other ingredients and form 4 hamburger patties. Fry them in olive oil until done to your likeness.
• Divide the bread dough into 4 equal parts. On floured surface, roll each part into a rectangle. Put one slice of cheese on the end of each rectangle. Put a hamburger on top of cheese and then another slice of cheese. Fold the bread over the top and fold under the burger. Then draw the dough up from the bottom over the top of the burger and seal it well. Put them seam side down on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Brush them each with butter and let them raise in a warm area for 20 minutes.
• Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 425°F or until the bread has browned well.
