• Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using two greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely., For frosting, cream shortening, butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Gradually beat in milk until light and fluffy. Tint with green paste food coloring. Place cake on a serving platter for 10-in. round covered board; frost between layers and top and sides of cake., Insert tip into pastry or plastic bag; fill with frosting. Pipe grass along bottom edge of cake., Place coconut in a plastic bag; add 5-6 drops green liquid food coloring. Shake until color is evenly distributed. Set aside. For the green, trace a 4-in. circle on waxed paper; cut out. Place on top of cake 1 in. from an edge. Sprinkle green coconut over the cake top; remove the waxed paper. Insert the chocolate kiss, point side down, into green for the hole. , For the pin, unroll one fruit roll-up. Cut a 2-1/4x2x1-in. triangle from the red portion; set aside the unused portion. Cut the blue portions of roll-ups into eight 2-1/2-in. x 1/2-in strips. Mold each strip around one end of a noodle, forming a club head. Stand the golf bag near the tee. Place golf clubs in the bag and gently press bag into the cake. Editor's Note: this recipe was tested with Betty Crocker brand Fun 'n' Games Fruit Roll-Ups. Any two-color roll-up can be used.

• Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut a hole in the middle of bread. Reserve the removed portion to toast, if desired. Break egg into a teacup.
