HONEY BISCUITS
These lightly sweet biscuits are a great complement to all sorts of stews, soups, and chilies. Monterey Jack cheese adds an extra layer of flavor in these flaky bites.

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and cheese until mixture forms a ball. , Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 5-6 times. Roll out to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a floured 2-in. biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. , In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine honey and remaining butter. Microwave on high until melted. Brush over biscuits. Bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy.
- Next beat in the honey and the egg yolk.
- Add the cinnamon and flour,mix into soft dough.
- Take a teaspoon of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Then do the same to the other 29 cookies.
- Space out on a greased baking tray.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 175C.
- Clean up and wash up. DONE!!:D:)

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Before starting, freeze your butter for at least 20 minutes for best results. Also make sure your milk is ice cold.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sea salt and baking powder. Using a box grater, grate the butter and add into the bowl with the flour. If you don't have a grater, you can use a pastry cutter. Gently stir the butter into the dry ingredients trying not to overwork it or break it down.
- In a large measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the milk and honey. Pour the milk into the flour and butter mixture and gently stir to combine. This will still be sort of chunky and in pieces, not a uniform dough.
- On a flour covered surface, pull the dough together as one. If it seems a bit sticky, just dust with some extra flour. Very gently, press the dough out and fold it over. Press out once again, turn 90 degrees, and fold it again. Do this step 4-5 times. (see video for help)
