  • Place chicken in an ungreased 11x7-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.

Steps:

  • Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce, ginger and minced shallot.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Spray broiler pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken fillets on pan and brush generously with honey mustard mixture.
  • Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
  • Turn, baste again and broil 5 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink when you cut into it.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Oven Classics came out with a honey mustard chicken bake that DH nd I both loved. Of course, we can't find it around here anymore, so this is what we came up with. We like to put it on a bed of preared stuffing as the sauce is awesome with it. Serve it with some steamed broccoli and you've got yourself a meal.

Easy Grilled Honey-Dijon Chicken image

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, add the honey, mustard, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well and put the mixture into a large plastic resealable bag. Add the chicken, seal the bag and shake to incorporate. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and arrange it on a well-oiled grill. Cook until a nice crust forms on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest on a serving platter for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with lime wedges.

Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Creamy Honey-Mustard Dip image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Add chicken to flour mixture and turn to coat. Place milk in a separate shallow dish. In a third shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, combine parmesan, oats, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Dip chicken into flour and turn to coat. Dip flour-coated chicken into milk and then transfer chicken to oat mixture. Turn to coat chicken (or shake bag) until well covered with oat mixture. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and spray the surface with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
  • To make dip, in a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, Dijon mustard and honey.
  • Serve chicken with dip on the side.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
