Steps:
- For the shrimp: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Skewer the lemons and limes with 2 to 3 large shrimp on each stick. Brush with oil so they don't stick to the grill. Either sear on a hot BBQ or under the broiler until shrimp is cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- For the chili dip: In a small bowl mix the honey, mustard, and crushed red pepper flakes. Brush over cooked kebabs and serve.

- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high. Add shrimp and garlic; cook, tossing, until shrimp starts to turn pink on the outside but is still translucent on the inside, about 2 minutes (shrimp will finish cooking in step 3). Transfer to a plate; set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add shallot; cook until softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Add flour; cook 30 seconds, whisking constantly. Gradually add wine, broth, and mustard, whisking constantly. Simmer until it is as thick as heavy cream, about 5 minutes.
- Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain sauce; discard solids. Return sauce and shrimp to skillet. Bring to a simmer, and cook until shrimp are opaque throughout, about 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper. If desired, serve over rice and garnish with thyme leaves.

You can save time by buying already shelled and deveined shrimp, but our recipe developer, Alexis Touchet, who grew up in shrimp country in southwest Louisiana, thinks shell-on shrimp are better quality. - If necessary, pat shrimp dry, then thread about 6 shrimp (through top and tail, leaving shrimp curled), onto each skewer, without leaving space between shrimp.
- Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking over medium-hot charcoal (medium-high for gas); see Grilling Procedure.
- Meanwhile, brush shrimp with vegetable oil and sprinkle evenly with salt.
- Lightly oil grill rack. Grill shrimp, covered only if using a gas grill, turning over once, 2 minutes. Brush shrimp with some sauce from the saucepan, then turn. Brush shrimp with additional sauce then grill until just cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.

- Combine shrimp, salad dressing, salt and garlic powder in Medium or Large Ziploc® Brand Zip 'n Steam™ bag.
- Seal bag and shake to mix ingredients.
- Pat ingredients into an even, single layer. Place bag in microwave.

- Stir together squeeze of fresh lemon, soy sauce, honey mustard, canola oil, and ginger in a meduim bowl.
- Add shrimp; toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
