MISSISSIPPI SIN
A great meal idea for a party or picnic. I suggest using HALF the cream cheese so that it doesn't taste so cream cheesy. The wider the loaf of bread, the better!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf, keeping in one piece, and reserve for later use. Hollow out the loaf to form an area for the filling. Chop the removed bread for dipping.
- Mix Cheddar cheese, ham, sour cream, cream cheese, green onions, green chile peppers, and jalapeno peppers in a bowl; spoon into the hollowed bread loaf. Return the top to the bread and wrap loaf with 2 pieces aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until filling is cooked through and bubbling, about 1 hour 20 minutes.

HOT OR COLD MISSISSIPPI SIN DIP
I have found a few variations of Mississippi Sin Dips, but this is the one I get the most requests for. It is equally good cold or hot, and is one of the first goodies to disappear at gatherings! For really yummy variations, replace the ham with fresh Northwest salad shrimp, Dungeness crab, or crisp fried, crumbled bacon...

Steps:
- Cream together the sour cream and cream cheese.
- Add shredded cheddar, minced ham, chopped green chiles, diced onion and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cut a thin slice from the top of the bread and carefully hollow out the round loaf.
- Fill hollowed bread with dip and cover with the top that you sliced off.
- Wrap the filled loaf with aluminum foil and store in refrigerator until ready to serve, or bake at 350 degrees for about an hour and serve hot.
- Serve with cocktail breads, crackers, celery, or whatever sounds good to you!
- This usually makes enough for two large bread loaves, or one large + two small loaves.

Steps:
- Cut 'lid' in top of bread (cut it much like a jack-o-lantern); pull out bread in middle of loaf, creating a large bread 'bowl' with a 'lid'. Reserve the chunks of bread that were pulled from the interior for later use.
- In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients, mix well and pour into bread 'bowl'.
- Cover 'bowl' with 'lid', wrap completely in aluminum foil and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing foil and serving with reserved chunks of Hawaiian bread.

MISSISSIPPI STATE SIN DIP
So outrageously good, you can't stop eating it. Got this recipe from my sister in-law. Have no idea where she got it from. I liked it best with Tostitos Scoops, but really good with Fritos too!
