Steps:

  • Purée ginger, mango, yogurt, matcha, vanilla, agave syrup, if using, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender until smooth, then divide between glasses.

1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
1 3/4 cups frozen cubed mango
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
