Steps:

  • 1. In a 10" Non stick Skillet,brown up ground beef & onion until meat no longer pink;drain off fat.Stir in seasoning mix(dry)and mild chilies. Spoon into greased pie plate Heat oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can(s) 4.5 mild green chilies
1 c milk
2 eggs
1/2 c krustez buttermilk pancake mix or bisquick mix
1 c mexican blend shredded cheese
salsa, mild
sour cream, fat-free

Easy Taco Pie image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a large deep-dish pie pan with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break ground beef into small pieces and add to hot skillet; cook and stir until the beef is crumbly and no longer pink, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Season drained beef with taco seasoning.
  • Press refrigerated dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread refried beans in an even layer onto the dough. Spread sour cream into a layer atop the refried beans. Sprinkle ground beef evenly over the sour cream; top with salsa and Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust has browned, 25 to 30 minutes.

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Top evenly with chiles.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2", or square baking dish, 8x8".
  • Cook and stir the ground beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain.
