Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium baking dish, mix the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, uncooked pasta, butter, and processed cheese.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover, stir, and continue baking 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender but firm.

- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook sausage, beef, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn and olives. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in noodles. , Pour into two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

ITALIAN CORN CASSEROLE
This is pretty simple. I put it together one night after work for my family. As it turns out, it is thier favorite comfort food. Who knew?

Steps:
- Cook the pasta al dente ('till you can cut it with a fork; usually about 8 minutes). While you wait for water to boil and pasta to cook, begin cooking the meat/s.
- Cook meat/s, adding splash of red wine vinegar and drain when cooked. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, add 2 Tbs. of olive oil and 2 Tbs. of butter. Heat until butter is melted and well combined. Add chopped onion and garlic. cook until almost translucent. Add wine. Cook until onions and garlic are translucent and tender. Next add seasonings one at a time; rubbing in the palm of your hand to crush well before adding. When completely cooked, stir into the meat.
- When pasta is cooked, drain thoroughly. Pour meat mixture, cheeses, pasta sauce, drained canned corn and add brown sugar. Stir well, mixing thoroughly over medium heat to heat well throughout.
- Serve hot with a green salad or side of zucchini and garlic toast.

This is a recipe I whipped up on my own, I am always creating new recipes. Its a delicious,and simple recipe that is done in about 20 minutes.

- -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- -Prepare a greased pan, sprinkle some of the crushed saltines mixed with the italian bread crumbs.
- -Mix All ingredients together in a bowl(onions, peppers, kernel corn, cream corn, italian bread crums, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper).
- -After it is all mixed pour it all in the oven pan.
- -On top sprinkle some more of the crushed saltines and italian bread crumbs. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, and parmesan.Cover with Foil.
- - Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
- ITS READY TO BE SERVED! ENJOY!
