- Spread on brie.

Steps:
- Spread pecans in a 9" pie plate.
- Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until toasted.
- Add Kahlua and sugar; stir well.
- Remove rind from top of Brie and discard rind.
- Place Brie on microwave safe plate.
- Spoon pecan mixture over top of Brie.
- Microwave, uncovered, at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until soft, turning halfway through cooking.
- Serve with Melba rounds or crackers.

- In a small bowl, combine the pecans, melted butter, and salt until pecans are coated. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes. Stir pecans halfway through baking. Cool completely.
- In a small bowl, stir the brown sugar and Kahlua to combine. Add the pecans and mix until pecans are well-coated.
- Using a knife, cut a circle in the top of the Brie’s rind to within 1/4" - 1/2” of the outside edges. Scrape the circular cut portion of the rind off the cheese to remove. Place the Brie on the center of an oven-safe serving platter.
