Steps:
- Heat oven to 350º. Grease 5x5 loaf pan.
- In large bowl beat all ingredients except the 1/3 cup lemonade with mixer on low for 30 seconds. Beat 3 minutes at med speed. Pour into pan.
- Bake 50-60 min or done. Loosen bread from edges of pan. Pour lemonade over bread and cool in pan for 15 min, then remove from pan.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan. In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except the 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Loosen bread from edges of pan. Pour 1/3 cup concentrate over bread. Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes; remove from pan.

- In a bowl, combine the eggs, oil and 3 tablespoons lemonade concentrate. Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder; add to egg mixture alternately with milk., Pour mixture into a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Drizzle remaining lemonade concentrate over top of hot bread. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

LICKITY SPLIT FRIED RICE
Another heirloom Cookgirl recipe circa 1973. A few years I subbed tempeh bacon and splash of hickory smoke for real bacon and it was really good! Use your favorite bacon or ham substitute.

- In a large skillet or wok fry the bacon on medium heat until crispy.
- Set aside to cool and drain then cut up into little pieces. Save the bacon drippings.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Add the cooked rice to the pan and break up any lumps with a fork.
- Fry until the rice is browned, adding soy sauce and black pepper, to taste.
- Stir in the garlic and mixed vegetables. Reduce heat to medium and fry rice until the vegetables are brightly colored and heated through.
- Stir in the green onions and fry another minute.
- Remove from heat and add the crumbled bacon and chopped egg.

LEMONADE BREAD
A moist lemony quick bread that comes together very quickly using frozen lemonade concentrate. If you like, add some poppy seeds before pouring into the pan. Very good alongside a fruit salad. Nice for coffee (or tea) break.

- Pre-heat oven to 350*. Spray a 8x4x2" loaf pan with cooking oil spray.
- Combine eggs, oil and 3 tablespoons lemonade concentrate.

- Bake 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out cleam.

- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
- Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; stir with spoon or wire whisk just until batter is smooth and ingredients are well blended.
- Pour into greased and floured 9-inch layer pan or 8-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
- Cool in pan; frost as desired.
