HANGOVER SOUP
There is a running joke in my family, that when you are hung over, you need a big bowl of Hangover Soup! lol...And it's true! No matter how sick you feel, you always feel better after a bowl. or two! ;)

Steps:
- First, take the meat of your choice, brown it in a frying pan with one half of the onion.
- Drain the meat and leave it in the pan until you are ready to put it in the pot.
- Boil your macaroni, drain and set aside the noodles in the strainer.
- Take your pot and add the 2 cans of tomatoes, dice the onion and throw it in the pot with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- When it gets to a nice boil, add the tomato paste, hamburger and macaroni.
- Let it boil down a bit, then add the 2 cups of water, stir.
- Now the optional part: If you want to add anything else to the recipe(like parmasean, etc.) this is the time to add it. Give the soup a stir and get out the bowls and spoons, because your Hangover Soup is done! :D Enjoy!

HANGOVER SOUP
Steps:
- Fill a soup pot with 8 cups water and set on medium-high heat.
- In a pan, fry the chopped bacon. When it is done, take out and put into the water in the soup pot.
- In the drippings of the bacon, fry the pork loin and then the onions. When brown, put them into the soup pot and bring to a boil. Add the crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, celery root, celery, carrots and some salt and cook for 15 minutes.
- Next, add the potatoes, sausage, leeks, allspice, bay leaves and Hungarian paprika and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Add the pickles, garlic and seasoning if using, and let boil for 10 minutes. Add the dill and heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Guten Appetit!
MEG'S ITALIAN HANGOVER SOUP
A simple soup, not a terribly complex flavour, but all of you lushes will appreciate it, I'm sure. A rich chicken broth, romano beans, cabbage, and pasta . Peasant-tastic!

Steps:
- Put all ingredients from the first set in a large pot, bring to a simmer.Skim the scum off as you go.
- Cover with a lid, ajar, over low-ish heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Until the broth tastes good. Check for salt at this point.
- Strain everything, and return the broth back to the pot, along with some of the chicken, if you care too. Otherwise, feed it to your cat.
- Then, add all remaining ingredients (cabbage, beans, spaghettini), and cook until spaghettini is done. Check for seasoning, top with some grated parmesan or romano, and eat with more bread than you think is humanly possible. May this alleviate all hunger or hangover pains!
