ORANGE BLOSSOM MINT REFRESHER
I came up with this recipe because I'm not a fan of regular iced tea. This tea has the perfect combination of freshness and sweetness; the orange blossom water gives it a distinctive flavor. People always request the recipe. -Juliana Gauss, Centennial, Colorado

MOROCCAN ORANGE BLOSSOM TEA RECIPE
If you're fortunate enough to be able to get fresh orange blossoms, try this fragrant Moroccan tea, as posted, which combines orange blossoms with spearmint. If however orange trees do not grow in your area you could substitute 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract for the leaves. I wanted to post this recipe with the authenticity of the method used in Morocco but with the substitution for those unable to acquire orange blossoms. The original version of this recipe was found at 'about.com'. Prep time is the time boiling the water. Cook time is the steeping time. Posted for ZWT 2010

Steps:
- Pour boiling water into a large heatproof pitcher. Add teabags and mint leaves; let stand for 5 minutes. Discard teabags and mint leaves.
- Add frozen lemonade, sugar and cold water, mixing well. Serve over ice; garnish with mint sprigs.
- A really neat way that Gooseberry showed this drink is to put each serving in mason jars, sealer lids and all, with a slice of lemon in each jar. Put all the jars in a bucket of ice and serve to your guests that way. Very impressive for a barbeque or gathering and a very inexpensive way to do it as well.
