Super-Easy Chicken Casserole image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over the chicken.
  • Toss stuffing mix with melted butter in a bowl, adding hot water to moisten. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken in the casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

MY FAVORITE MEXICAN CASSEROLE

This is super quick and delicious. The only thing I'd do differently is add some jalapeno peppers to make it spicier. It's a great way to use the bottom of the tortilla chip bag. My Favorite Mexican Casserole image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 13x9" baking dish and scatter crushed tortilla chips evenly on the bottom.
  • Combine the chicken, beans, corn, tomato sauce, salsa, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, sant, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place half the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Combine the cheeses and sprinkle half over mixture.
  • Cover with the remaining half of the chicken-and-bean mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the garnishes in bowls so guests can top their portions with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil chicken breasts in water for 25 minutes.
  • Let chicken sit until cool and shred chicken.
  • Combine shredded chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup and spread evenly into a casserole dish.
  • Combine melted butter and stuffing mix in a bowl to soften the stuffing.
  • Pour stuffing mix over chicken mixture and spread evenly.
  • Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove Aluminum foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Steps:

  • Bake lightly 6 chicken breasts at 300 degrees F. Cut breasts into small chunks, Add mushroom soup with 1 and 1/2 cans of milk. Add your Kraft Cheese, which have been cut into small chunks. Toast bread and cut into chunks.
  • Mix everything together and place into a 9 by 12 casserole dish.
  • Bake about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite vegetables over rice or noodles cooked. Enjoy.

Steps:

  • Boil breasts for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  • chop chicken into chunks and set aside.
  • Saute onions, garlic, peppers, salt& black pepper over medium heat until tender.
  • Mix soup, tomatoes-chile& chicken in large bowl.
  • Tear tortillas into fourths.
  • Layer tortillas on bottom of baking dish, top with soup-chicken-tomatoes-chiles mixture, then top with layer of sauted veggies, then top with layer of cheese.
  • Repeat as needed until dish is full to top.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
