- 1. First you need to make the oat milk below and after strain9ing it you should have just about 1/2 cup pulp, to use in this recipe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. In a bowl add egg, sugar, oat pulp, cinnamon, butter, salt baking powder,and vanilla. mix well. Then add the flour, raisins, and white chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
