Creamy, simple, quick, and kid-friendly dessert. With only 4 ingredients, it's cheap and sure to be a family favorite. This recipe is doubled to fit my family. Cut everything in half for a single batch.

Steps:
- Stir milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until pudding is well mixed; fold in whipped topping. Stir cookies into pudding until well blended. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until thickened and chilled, at least 1 hour to overnight.

- Mix buttermilk and pudding and let stan 10 mins in fridge.
- Add Cool Whip, fruit cocktail, mandarins and pineapple chunks.
- Mix in 12 broken Oreo Cookies.
- Decorate rim with halved cookies and whipped topping.

OREO COOKIE SALAD (NO FRUIT)
A kid friendly desert or sweet side dish at your next pot luck. Called "Cookie Salad" where we live, it is fast & easy to make, and easily doubled or tripled for a crowd. My family prefers "Cookie Salad" without the canned fruit you'll find in most recipes.

- Crush 12 Oreo Cookies into coarse pieces, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk & pudding mix together.
- Mix in Cool Whip until smooth.
- Stir in crushed Oreo Cookies.
- Chill to set.
- Top with 6 whole Oreo Cookies immediately prior to serving.

'OREO' COOKIES
Steps:
- Prepare the dough: Sift together the cocoa powder, flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla, incorporating each ingredient before adding the next. Add the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated, scraping the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces; place one piece between 2 lightly floured sheets of parchment paper and roll into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle. Repeat with the other piece of dough. Refrigerate both rectangles, covered with the parchment sheets, until firm, at least 1 hour or up to several days.
- Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut the dough into 64 circles. (You can reroll the scraps once.) Place the cookies about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets and chill for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Bake the cookies until they are set and slightly darker around the edges, about 20 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Using a mixer, cream the butter and shortening until fluffy. Beat in the confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
- Flip half of the cookies upside down and top each with 1 level tablespoon of filling. Press the remaining cookies on top to make sandwiches.

- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Add milk and vanilla pudding mix and beat until well combined and all lumps are gone. Fold in whipped topping.
- Distribute 1/2 of the chocolate sandwich cookies on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Cover with the pudding mixture and top with remaining cookie chunks. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.

OREO® COOKIE CAKE
Steps:
- Crush cookies into bite size pieces. Reserve 1 cup for top. Melt butter and mix with rest of cookies. Press into 9x13 pan. Put in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Blend 1/2 of the whipped topping, all of the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Spread over crust and place cake back in freezer.
- Prepare instant pudding with the milk according to package directions then spread over top of cake. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the pudding then sprinkle with the remaining cookies. Keep cake refrigerated.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Blend all the cooking ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Then, knead it with your hands until it reaches the consistency of dough.
- Form the dough into balls about 3/4 of an inch in diameter and press them flat, 1/2 inch apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cookies are crunchy.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheets.
- As the cookies cool you can start making the filling.
- Combine all the filling ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.
- With your hands form the filling into little balls about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
- Place a filling ball in the center of the flat side of one of the cooled cookies and press down with another cookie, flat side down, until the filling spreads out to the edge.
- You can double the recipe for Double-Stuff Oreos, but why stop there, go for Triple-Stuff, or even Quadruple-Stuff, you are the master of your Oreo!

- Pour crushed cookies in 9x13 glass dish.
- Melt butter, pour over cookies.
- Mix 1/2 of the cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar, spread on top.
- Mix pudding with milk and sweetened condensed milk; beat until thick, spread on top.
- Spread on other 8 oz Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with leftover cookies.
- Refrigerate over night.
