Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 deg. Coat a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, and cayenne pepper together in a medium size bowl.
- Roll chicken breast in flour mixture and evenly coat each side. Next dip chicken into the buttermilk, and then into the cornflake crumbs. (It usually takes me a little more buttermilk and crumbs than what is in the recipe.).
- Place the coated chicken into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minute or until the chicken breasts are tender and no longer pink. No need to turn the chicken over during baking.

- Preheat the oven to 375F/180C/Gas mark 4.
- In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar.
- Pour bread crumbs into separated bowl. Set bowl aside.
- Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer.
- Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in the bread crumbs.
- Place in baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked throughly.

- Beat egg and milk.
- Coat chicken pieces with flour.
- Combine breadcrumbs with egg mixture to form a soft moist mixture.

- On waxed paper, combine flour with cayenne pepper and combine Creole seasoning & poultry seasoning with corn flakes.
