CREAMY SALMON PASTA
Five ingredients is all you'll need for this fresh and light pasta dish of gravadlax and cream cheese

Steps:
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Once it's cooked, drain, reserving some of the water, and tip it back into the pan. Add the soft cheese, lemon juice and gravadlax or smoked salmon with some pepper and mix well. Add a little of the pasta water to help form a creamy sauce, and heat through.
- Add most of the chives, stir, and divide the pasta mixture between bowls. Serve with the remaining chives scattered on top.

- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium. Add shallot; season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add wine and cook until evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add cream; bring to a boil. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water; drain pasta and return to pot. Add cream mixture to pasta pot, along with lemon juice, smoked salmon, and chives. If necessary, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water and season with salt and pepper.

- Cook pasta in plenty of boiling water.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Add capers.
- Fry for 1 minute or until capers burst.
- Stir in cream.
- Bring to boil.
- Blend in juice and mustard.
- Reduce heat.
- Simmer until cream mix has thickened and the mix through salmon and chives.
- Simmer, stirring for 1- 2 minutes.
- Toss through drained pasta and parmesan.
- Heat, stirring lightly for 2 minutes.
- Serve with salad.

CREAMY SMOKED SALMON PASTA
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion in butter until tender.
- Stir flour and garlic powder into the butter and onions. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to just below boiling point, and then gradually stir in cheese until the sauce is smooth. Stir in peas and mushrooms., and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
- Toss in smoked salmon, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve over pasta.

- Cook the spaghetti for 10 mins or following pack instructions until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and briefly fry the chilli to soften it.
- Drain the spaghetti, reserving a little of the water, then tip into the wok and, using 2 wooden spoons, toss in the chilli oil until well mixed. Add the salmon, lemon zest and chives or onions, then toss again. Season and add lemon juice to taste.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta 1 minute less than the instructions on the package. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water before draining.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan and fry the onion for 1 minute over medium heat. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the smoked salmon to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until it changes colour to a light pink. Stir from time to time and break the bigger pieces with your spoon or spatula.
- Pour the white wine over the salmon and cook for 1 minute until the alcohol evaporates. Add the Philadelphia cheese to the pan and stir until it melts completely. You may need to add a bit of pasta water at this point. When the cheese is melted, add the lemon juice.
