CILANTRO SHRIMP WITH PEANUT DIP

From "Simply Shrimp, Salmon and (Fish) Steaks" by Leslie Glover Pendleton. This is the recipe on the cover of the book. Wish you could see it. Recipe states that these are tasty Southeast Asian-inspired shrimp that make an unusual hors d'oeuvre. Serve the sauce in individual pots when serving as a main course. Goes well with Basmati or jasmine rice. There is a marination of 30 minutes to 8 hours not included in the time.

PEANUT SAUCE RECIPE - FAVORITE FAMILY RECIPES
Peanut Sauce is a sweet, salty, spicy sauce that is popular in some Asian cuisines. It is so easy to whip up and it tastes amazing. ASIAN PEANUT & CILANTRO DRESSING - SIMPLYVEGETARIAN777
Asian Peanut & Cilantro Dressing is the most enchanting dressing that I have ever come across. Truth to be told, I am not a huge fan of creamy dressings like that of Ranch, Mayonnaise based and such. I would rather squeeze some lemon, some vinegar, few drops of oil and salt and black pepper to my salads than drenching it all in creamy mush.
