PICNIC LEMONADE
Super refreshing and cooling for a hot summer day. Perfect to keep on hand for an afternoon picnic or to cool off after yard work. We used the wildflower honey and loved it. Steps:
- 1. Heat the lemon juice and sugar (or honey) over medium heat in a saucepan until the sugar/honey completely dissolves. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 2. In a gallon container, stir together the lemon mixture with the spring water.
- 3. Fill glasses with ice. Add a sprig of mint or lemon balm and pour in the lemonade.
PICNIC LEMONADE
Great for taking along on a picnic, or to the beach on those hot summer days! I only made a half recipe in the pic I posted but it is easy to adjust to however many servings you need. I noticed the bigger lemons at the market I have been seeing lately give off a lot of juice, so you may only require 1/2-2/3 as many, but the juice total you measure should be the same.
