- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls., On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread meatballs and vegetables. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and oil., Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink and vegetables are tender, basting frequently with vinegar mixture and turning occasionally.

ITALIAN MEATBALL SKEWERS

Steps:
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide and skewer the meatballs, vegetables and bread evenly on 8 large skewers. Brush each of the skewers all over with the dressing.
- Grill the skewers on all sides until there are grill marks on all the ingredients and the meatballs are heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the skewers to a platter and sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Pour the warm marinara into a bowl and serve on the side.

- In a resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 8 ingredients; add pork and toss to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate overnight. , Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients; cover and refrigerate for several hours. Drain pork and discard marinade; thread pork on skewers, leaving a small space between pieces. , Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink, turning frequently. MAKE-IT-MINE PORK KABOBS
Summer entertaining just got more delicious. These grilled pork kabobs are tender, juicy and so easy to customize with your favorite combination of herbs and vegetables.

Steps:
- In a self-sealing plastic bag combine cubed pork, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and Dijon-style mustard (or Chinese Five Spice); seal bag and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
- Prepare medium-hot fire with charcoal or preheat gas to medium high.
- Remove pork from marinade, and discard marinade. Thread pork, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini alternately onto 8 skewers. Grill kabobs directly over fire, turning to brown evenly, for 5 minutes. Brush kabobs with the melted jelly. Continue to grill for 3 to 10 minutes more or until tender. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.

- Shred zucchini and half the onion; squeeze out liquid and, in a large bowl, mix with bulgur, pork, eggs, 1/4 cup oregano, and half the garlic. Season with salt and pepper and form into 2-inch meatballs (22 to 24 total).
- In a heavy pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high. In batches, cook meatballs until browned, 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Discard oil; wipe out pot.
- Add olive oil to pot. Chop remaining onion and add, along with remaining garlic; cook until fragrant, 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup oregano, and meatballs; cook until meatballs are cooked through and tomatoes have cooked down, 15 to 20 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Transfer 10 to 12 meatballs and 1 cup sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate, up to 3 days.
- Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Serve with remaining meatballs, sauce, and Parmesan.
