PUMPKIN PIE PUDDING
Steps:
- Mash one of the bananas with a potato masher or fork. Combine the mashed banana with the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Divide the pumpkin mixture between each of the pudding cups and stir until combined.
- Slice the remaining banana and add to the top of the puddings. Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle over the top.

I am not allowed to attend any party without a batch of these. At our last party I made over 200 of these and they disappeared. You can use any flavor small size instant pudding and any flavor liquor you desire to come up with your own combination. These are the best! Note-cooking time is freezing time.

- Beat in liquor.
- Gently fold in cool whip.
- Spoon into 2 ounce cups, cover with lids and freeze.
- Some pudding and liquor combos I like to use are chocolate pudding and mint schnapps, banana pudding and coconut rum, coconut cream pudding and banana schnapps, cheesecake pudding and raspberry schnapps, pumpkin spice pudding and spiced rum and my ultimate favorite strawberry pudding and banana schnapps.

- Combine brown sugar, baking mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a food processor. Pulse 3 to 4 times to mix. Add butter, evaporated milk, and eggs, and pulse until combined, 5 to 6 pulses. Pour in pumpkin puree, applesauce, and vanilla extract and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared slow cooker. Heat on Low until very thick, about 4 hours.
