REINDEER CAKEPOPS
Such great fun making these. got the idea from Bakerella and have included my cakepop recipe. the kids will love them!

Steps:
- Crush the package of Oreo cookies in food processor until very fine. Add the package of cream cheese and blend until it forms a dough. Rolls mixture into balls and insert lollipop sticks at this time. Place into freezer for about an hour or so, no time limit required. Melt the broken up block of chocolate in microwave at 1 minute intervals until melted. Take the cake pops or balls from freezer and dip into melted chocoalte and gently shake off excess chocolate. Insert your broken pretzels for antlers, red cinnamon hots for nose,and the white non parels for eyes. I used an edible ink marker to make the eyes and to draw a mouth. The ideas are endless in how you want to decorate these. you can use two cake pops one on top of the other and make snowmen.just dip them in white chocolate. The melted dipping chocolate sets up quickly so be sure to work fast at getting your decorations on.
- I use a styrofoam block to set the cake pops in so they can set up. Enjoy!
REINDEER CAKE POPS
These chocolate cake lollipops are decorated in true festive fashion - have fun making them with the kids this Christmas.

- Crumble the cake into fine crumbs using your hands or in a food processor. Put into a bowl. In another bowl, beat together the butter and icing sugar until creamy.
- Melt the plain chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Add the melted chocolate to the butter mixture and combine well. Add this to the cake crumbs and mix thoroughly using your hands, until it sticks together. Divide the mixture into eight and shape each one into a smooth ball. Insert a cake pop stick, place on a tray lined with baking parchment and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Take a cake pop and dip in the chocolate. Shake gently until the excess has drained off. Push into a polystyrene block.
- Make two holes in the top of the head and insert a pretzel 'antler' in each one. Press a sweetie nose onto the front and hold for a few seconds until attached. Repeat with all the other cake pops. Leave to set for about 20 mins and then using black icing, pipe on eyes and a mouth.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) for metal and glass pan (or 325°F/160°C for dark or coated pan). Grease sides and bottom of 13- x 9-inch (3 L) baking pan with PAM® Baking Spray; dust lightly with flour.
- Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake immediately.
- Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes; transfer directly to rack and let cool completely.
