- Pour the cauliflower into a prepared baking dish making sure the cauliflower fits in a single layer. Cut the prosciutto into 1 to 2-inch pieces and lay on top of the cauliflower.
- Place in the oven, and roast for about 25 minutes, tossing the cauliflower halfway through cooking. Cauliflower will be fork tender when done.
