  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Refrigerate 2 hrs.
  • Shape into ball; coat with combined nuts and cranberries.
  • Serve with crackers.

This cheese dip is great on garlic toast rounds. It is soooo good that after my friend brought it to work I thought about it all weekend and knew I had to have the recipe!!!!

Steps:

  • Place first three ingredients in a pan and heat on low stirring until they are well combined.
  • Add seasonings and mix well.
  • Place in covered bowl and refrigerate until cold.
  • Serve on crackers or garlic toast rounds. Delicious!

My husband's grandma and mom make this for most family gatherings. It's so good I had to get the recipe. I would have never guessed what ingredients are in this dip. Shopping tip: Roka cheese is found in a small jar with a blue lid, found on the grocery store shelves (not refrigerated).

  • Combine all ingredients well. Don't substitute Miracle Whip for the mayo (we've tried it, and it's gross).
  • Chill until ready to serve. You can eat it at room temp, but it's better cold.
  • Use Fritos and veggies (broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumbers, whatever) for dipping.

  • Let cream cheese come to room temp. (it's easier to blend) and mix with Old English and Roka Blue.
  • Put onto wax paper and roll into a ball. Cover with chopped walnuts.
  • Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). Can make a day ahead. Serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
