STEAK SHEET PAN SUPPER

- Position an oven rack on the highest level in the oven. Preheat the broiler on high.
- Arrange the peppers on a sheet pan in a single layer. Do the same with the onions and cherry tomatoes. This will create a bed of vegetables for the steaks to sit on.
- Lay the steaks directly on the vegetables with an inch or two between the steaks so they aren't touching. Season the top of each steak with 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning. Drizzle the top of each steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Top each steak with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Broil until the tops of the steaks are nicely browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and use a set of tongs to flip the steaks over. Sprinkle the other side of each steak with 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning. Drizzle each steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil and top each with 1 tablespoon butter. Slide the pan back into the oven and broil the other side for 3 minutes.
- Plate each steak with half of the veggies from the pan. Serve with a chunk of crusty French bread.

- Cut steak into 6 pieces; place in single layer in large baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix steak sauce, dressing, onions and garlic; pour over meat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat oven to 350ºF. Add potatoes and mushrooms to ingredients in baking dish; cover.
- Bake 1 hour or until meat is done (160ºF) and potatoes are tender, adding frozen vegetable blend to the baking dish for the last 15 min.

- Place the potatoes in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Cut beef into four pieces; place over potatoes. In a bowl, combine the soup, water, soup mix, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over the beef. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.

COUNTRY FRIED ROUND STEAK
Steps:
- Mix flour, salt, garlic, pepper and onion powder together to make seasoned flour mixture.
- Tenderize steaks by running through a meat tenderizer or beating with a hand meat tenderizer. Soak in buttermilk briefly and then dip in seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat butter in saute pan on medium high heat. Place breaded steaks in pan and cook until golden brown and tender. Approximately 10 minutes per side.
- Serve with Country Gravy.
- Brown garlic in the bacon grease. Stir in flour until smooth. Let roux (grease and flour) cook lightly for a couple of minutes stirring frequently. Add cream and water stirring constantly. Simmer until gravy thickens and is hot. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
