Steps:

• Place ground pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
• In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt processed cheese.
• Drain sausage and mix in a medium bowl with the melted processed cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers and green onions.

• Preheat oven to 350. Spray 1 1/2 qt baking with nonstick spray. In lg skillet cook sausage & onion over med heat, stirring often until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Add cream cheese & remaining 5 ingredients stirring until cheese melts. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 min until hot & bubbly. Serve with pretzel rods & bagel chips.

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
• Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
• Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl.
• Mix well with your fingers. The mixture will be very crumbly.
• Form into 1 inch balls, squeezing the mixture so it holds together, then rolling it between the palms of your hands to form balls.
• Place the balls on the baking sheet.
• Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
• To prevent sticking, move the balls with a spatula halfway through cooking.
• To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise and mustard.
• Serve with sausage balls.
