Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa, onion and mushrooms; cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Add broth and seasoning blend, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil; cook 2-3 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.

Steps:

  • Cut the Kielbasa into slices & add with the diced Simply Potatoes with the onion into an oiled hot skillet. Stir fry them to brown somewhat.
  • Can put the skillet lid on for 2-3 minutes. Add the cabbage & the water at the end but keep tender crisp, not soggy. Put a lid over for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Drizzle with the honey mustard dressing. Then stirring to coat it all together. Heat thru.

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Place kielbasa and potatoes in the saucepan. Cover, and cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Steps:

  • Wash potatoes, peel and slice into thin slices. Put butter in a medium pan that has a cover, put on medium heat. Take kielbasa out of packages and slice them to about 1/4-inch thick. Take and chop onion in small squares.
  • Put onions in the melted butter and saute. Then add the potatoes and kielbasa and add salt and pepper.
  • Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft enough to be easily cut into with a fork. ENJOY!
