I grew up eating this dip and still make it for just about every get together we have at our house. I was hesitant to post because it calls for Cincinnati style chili and I know it isn't available everywhere. But I did see it at Kroger's in Houston, TX so...here it is:) Also, I know there are a few Cincinnati style chili...

Steps:

1. Spread cream cheese to cover bottom of pie plate or shallow 8x8 dish.
2. Pour chili over cream cheese.
3. Cover with shredded cheddar. Microwave for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. People also cook this in the oven but I never have since the microwave is much faster and usually when I'm making this people are ready to eat it:). Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!!

Steps:

Spread cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle diced onions (optional).
Pour Skyline chili over onions (opt.) and cream cheese.
Cover with cheddar cheese.
Conventional oven: Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling but not brown, about 10 minutes.
Microwave oven: Heat on high for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm with Corn chips or Fritos corn chips.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish; top with chili. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chili layer.
