Solo Spam And Pineapple Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Melt the brown sugar with the pineapple juice in the oven.
• Add the pineapple chunks.
• Cut up the spam in slices,cut the slices in half lengthwise.
• Cook about 30 minutes or until hot.

Steps:

• Slice a washed, but not peeled potato, and mix thoroughly with diced onion and olive oil in bottom of a one and a half casserole dish.
• Follow with a layer of sliced Spam.
• Top with the pineapple.
• Mix mustard, pineapple juice and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the other ingredients.
• Cover, bake in a 400 degree (f) oven for 50 minutes or until the pototo is tender.

Steps:

• Slice Spam about 1/2 inch thick.
• Mix stuffing mix according to package with the exception of not cooking it.
• Drain pineapple slices.
• Now grease a loaf type baking dish and start with one slice of spam (stacking on edge), then one slice of pineapple slice (on edge), then a large spoon of stuffing.
• Repeat until all is used and the dish is full.
• Bake at 375 degrees F.
• until lightly browned and heated through.

• Preheat oven to 400F; put the butter into a single serving oven proof dish and place in oven until the butter is melted.
• Dice the Spam and mix with all the remaining ingredients, being sure to stir out most of the lumps.
• Pour into the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
