Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.

- Preaheat the oven to 525°F
- Scrub and quarter the potatoes (you can peel them if you like - I never do and I think the skins make them crispier) and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and toss to coal well.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
- Arrange the potatoes in one layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.

- Toss the potato wedges with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet and cook until golden brown on each side, flipping halfway through, about 12 minutes per side. When both sides are golden and the potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork, the taters are done.

- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Boil the potatoes for 5 mins. Drain well, place back in the pan, cover with a lid and shake vigorously to lightly roughen up the edges.
- Meanwhile, grind the spices using a pestle and mortar until lightly crushed, then mix with the oil. Put the spice mix in a roasting tin and place in the oven to heat up. - Make the dip. Ripple the mustard and honey through the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
- Preheat the oven to fan 180C/ conventional 200C/gas 6. Cut each potato into eight wedges, then cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
