- In a large microwave-safe bowl in a microwave or in a large metal bowl over simmering water, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Gently stir in potato sticks., Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until set.

TEXAS CHEWS
This is a very chewy bar prepared by one of my co-workers. I think they are delicious and hope you agree!

Steps:
- 350 degree oven. Spray 9 x 13" pan with Pam. Cream together first four ingredients. Add flour and pecans - mix well. Spread in pan and bake for 30 minutes. Do not overbake! Immediately after you take them from the oven, carefully cut into squares and remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar. These are best right out of the oven. ENJOY!

- Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Remove from heat, and stir in butter until melted. Gradually stir in cream. Return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until temperature reaches 242 degrees F (116 degrees C). Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla and pecans.
- Drop by spoonful onto prepared pans. Cool completely, then wrap with plastic.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan, or for thinner bars, use a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir the eggs and vanilla into the brown sugar and butter. Mix in the chopped pecans, and then the flour. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. , Sprinkle with marshmallows and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt; set aside. , In a large saucepan, cook and stir the peanut butter chips, corn syrup, vanilla and remaining butter until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in cereal and peanuts. Pour over prepared crust, spreading to cover. Cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
