This drink is very popular in Canada. Take a lick of the celery salt and then a drink of the Caesar through the straw for the proper Caesar experience.

Steps:
- Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge; set aside for garnish. Place celery salt in a small dish, and press the rim of the glass into the salt to coat. Add ice to the glass.
- Pour vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce over the ice; top with tomato-clam juice. Garnish with lime wedge and celery stick. Serve with a straw.

PERFECT CAESAR SALAD
The dressing in this recipe is what it's all about! Any substitutions will definitely have an effect on this one, so I encourage you to follow the recipe as close as you can. Do not drain the anchovies. Use the whole can, liquid included. If you like Caesar Salad, you'll love this!

Steps:
- Wash lettuce and spin to dry or towel dry.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, garlic and lemon juice.
- Whisk until blended.
- Coddle the egg by boiling a cup or 2 of water. Gently drop in the egg and let stand for 1 minute. Remove and let cool.
- Once cooled, crack the egg and add all of it to the dressing and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Mash the anchovies and add (including the liquid from the can) to the dressing.
- Place torn lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and lightly toss.
- Add the grated cheese, croutons and fresh black pepper and serve immediately.
BLOODY CAESAR

- Place 3 tablespoons celery salt in a thin layer in a small dish or shallow bowl. Take empty serving glasses and moisten their rims with a lime wedge. Dip rims in celery salt to coat. Shake off excess.
- In a pitcher, mix lime juice, Clamato juice, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, pepper, remaining celery salt, horseradish and vodka. Stir. Pour into glasses over ice.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Submerge romaine leaves in a large bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Then thoroughly dry in a salad spinner or colander, and place in a single layer on a paper towel-lined dish cloth. Roll up cloth; refrigerate until lettuce is crisp and completely dry (any water clinging to leaves may cause the dressing to break), at least 2 hours and up to 2 days.
- Place garlic in a large wooden bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, and mash to a paste with a fork. Transfer half of paste to a rimmed baking sheet; set bowl aside. With the fork, stir butter and 2 tablespoons oil into garlic paste on sheet. Toss with bread cubes to evenly coat. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese, season with salt and pepper, and toss again to evenly coat. Spread into a single layer. Bake, stirring halfway through, until crisp and golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature on sheet.
- Add anchovies to bowl with garlic paste and mash to a paste with a fork. Whisk in lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, and egg yolk. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Slowly add remaining 1/3 cup oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Add lettuce and toss to evenly coat, then toss with remaining 3/4 cup cheese and croutons. Serve immediately.
WW CORE OR POINTS PERFECT CAESAR DRESSING
This WW recipe is unbelievable. I would pick this over any fatty salad dressing even if I didn't know it was core. My friend gave it to me out of a WW Book (Thanks, Dionne) and we can't stop raving about it! I would x's the recipe by 3 or 4, it keeps for 2 wks. in the refrig.

- To make the dressing, puree the buttermilk, mayo, lemon juice, oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add 2 T of the cheese and blend until combined.
- If you choose to make a traditional Caesar you will need: 1 (16-or18-ounce package romaine hearts, cut into bit-size pieces. 1/2 cup fat-free Caesar-seasoned croutons.
- Place the romaine into a large bowl:add the dressing and toss to coat. Add the remaining 2 T of cheese and toss to combine. Divide the salad among 6 large plates and top with croutons. Serve at once.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Spread the bread out on a baking tray and bake for about 12 mins until golden and crisp, then leave to cool.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine the 10 anchovy fillets with the vinegar, mustard and garlic, and purée until smooth. Add the egg and pulse until just incorporated. With the machine on, gradually drizzle in the vegetable oil until it emulsifies to create a creamy dressing. Scrape the dressing into a bowl and stir in the cheese. Season, cover with cling film and put in the fridge until well chilled and thickened, at least 30 mins.
- In a very large bowl, toss the chilled lettuce leaves with half the dressing, gently rubbing the dressing onto the leaves with your hands. (Save the remaining dressing for another salad or to serve with grilled chicken.) Divide the dressed lettuce between chilled bowls and scatter the croutons on top. Garnish with anchovy fillets and serve right away, passing round the extra cheese at the table.
