Steps:

• In an empty gallon milk jug or pitcher, pour pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Shake to mix and pour in the lemon-lime soda. You may need to let the fizz settle and then return to pouring. This will fill up the gallon. Freeze overnight.
• Let the punch start to thaw 2 hours before serving. Serve slushy.

Steps:

• Mix everything together except the Squirt and ice. Let sit for 30 minutes. Fill glasses with ice and fill 3/4 of the way with the punch. Add a splash of the Squirt just before serving.

• Fill bucket glass with ice. Pour equal parts orange juice and pineapple juice, almost to top. Drizzle grenadine into the juice mixture. Pour into a shaker and shake well. Pour back into bucket and add a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Cut the top and bottom of pineapple. Next, sit the fruit upright and cut down the sides. Flip the pineapple on its side cut in half.
• Cut into ½-inch round slices. Sprinkle pineapple slices with salt, ginger, and brown sugar. Place slices on parchment paper or Silpat (nonstick baking mat) on baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Roast for 25 minutes.
• Transfer pineapple slices to Vitamix or food processor, pulse until liquid is loose and foamy. The fragrance will be bright. Set aside.
• Place water in a large stockpot, over medium-high heat. After coming to a boiling, drop in hibiscus leaves. Cover and let brew for 10 minutes.
• Stir in sugar and turn off heat. Let completely cool.
• Add lime juice, 2 cups of the roasted pineapple juice, rum, and ginger beer. Stir well. Transfer to punch bowl.
• Place scoops of lime sorbet in punch bowl, if desired. The mixture will slightly foam. The sorbet will make the punch a tad sweeter.

Steps:

• Dissolve the sugar in a little water.
• Add the remaining ingredients to a large punch bowl.
• Add a 10 pound cake of ice. I told you a LARGE punch bowl right?.
• Let stand 2 hours before serving.
• Stir occasionally.
• Keep the brother in law away from it before serving and don't send him to stir it.
• Serves 20 to 25.
• And stay away from Fireworks afterward.

• For each cocktail combine 2 oz of the above Planter's Punch Mix in a tall glass with ingredients listed above for one cocktail.
• Makes 1/2 gallon punch base.

Steps:

• Combine 1st 3 ingredients w/sugar & lime slices in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5-10 minutes.
• Remove from heat & cool. Strain into large bowl, cover & chill for at least 1 hour.
• Pour over ice mold in punch bowl, add sparkling wine + bitters & serve immediately in wine glasses.
• NOTE: Yield was based on 2 5-oz servings per person.
• SERVING IDEA: I hate waste & think it would be a good idea to reserve the strawberry solids strained from the simmered wine, puree them w/an immersion blender or food processor & freeze the puree in an ice cube tray to use in place of the suggested ice mold. :-).
