White Chocolate Hot Cocoa Recipes

Steps:

• In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the milk and half-and-half to just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla and whisk vigorously. Reheat very gently and serve with a vanilla bean as a stirrer in each cup.

• Combine white chocolate chips and half-and-half in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour into mugs and serve.

• Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside. Place milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan, about 4 minutes.
