Steps:
- For the stirrers: Line a small baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Place the chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow. Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate has set, 20 minutes.
- For the hot chocolate: Whisk together the almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in a 5-quart saucepan. Bring to just below a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate and agave. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, 2 minutes. Keep warm over low heat until ready to serve.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and stir with the marshmallow stirrers.
PISTACHIO WHITE CHOCOLATES
Steps:
- For the pistachio white chocolate butter: Combine the pistachios, white chocolate chips, sugar, salt, almond extract and vanilla in a food processor and blend, scraping the sides occasionally, until very creamy and spreadable, about 10 minutes.
- For the white hot chocolate: Gently heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk in 4 to 6 tablespoons of the pistachio butter (4 tablespoons for a nice, light, not-too-sweet situation, or 6 for a very rich desserty sitch!). Save the remaining pistachio butter for another use.
FABULOUSLY FROTHY HOT CHOCOLATE
Yummy hot chocolate made without using chocolate. It sounds to good to be true, but it isn't! Just wait till you try it and see for yourself. My five year old sister adores this and she loves to scoop up the yummy froth. You can even add a little bit of coffee (lesser quantity than Milo) to add a mocha hit.

Steps:
- Pour about 200ml of milk into your microwave safe bowl. Put it in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Get your favourite mug out. Fill it with the 3 teaspoons Milo & the sugar.
- Mix it together using a teaspoon.
- When milk has become warm, whisk it (using the whisk of course!) immediately. You should notice a frothy layer of milk forming at the top.
- Pour the hot milk (with exception of froth) directly into the mug from the bowl. All the milk that is not frothy should automatically pour into the cup.
- By this stage, you should have the milk froth left in your bowl. Before you do anything else, mix the Milo and hot milk together in the cup.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the froth from the bowl and layer it on top of your Milo Hot choccie. The amount of froth and how fluffy it turns out depends on how well you have whisked the hot milk.
- Now, sprinkle a little bit of extra Milo or cocoa powder on top of the froth, and let it sit for about a minute.
- Your hot chocolate is ready. Sip it. Spoon it. Lick it. Yum.
- ENJOY!

Now you're ready to try any of these mouth-watering recipes.
- Rainbow: Top with real dairy whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, add colorful sprinkles, and a cherry.

- Holiday: Add 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract. Top hot chocolate with marshmallows and stir with a candy cane.
- Just For Grown-Ups: Stir in a tablespoon of rum, brandy, or your favorite cordial. Top with real dairy whipped cream, and drizzle with 1/4 teaspoon of the liquor.
