Steps:

  • Let the pie crusts stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or until they're easy to handle.
  • Stir the salsa, soup, sour cream, cheese, corn, chicken and beans in a large bowl. Spoon the chicken mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  • Unfold the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Lay the crusts side-by-side so that they overlap by about 3 inches in the center. Press the seam to seal. Roll the pie crust into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Place the pie crust over the chicken mixture. Trim the excess crust from the edge. Cut several slits in the crust.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender. Cut the breasts into cubes or small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, onion, soup, most of the crushed corn flakes and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
  • While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in processed cheese food, diced tomatoes and juice, diced tomatoes and green chiles with juice, and mild chile peppers. Cook and stir until cheese has melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cooked pasta and chicken. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:

  • Place chicken breasts in large pot covered with water, bring this to a boil over high and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Drain chicken, and finely chop chicken into small bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl and mix in the sour cream, chicken broth and cream of chicken. Mix until combined.
  • In a second bowl melt the 1/4 cup butter, then mix in the Petridge Farms stuffing until moist.
  • In a 3-5 quart casserole dish layer the two bowls. First a layer of chicken mixture, then a layer of stuffing, repeat and end with stuffing.
  • Bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours. If the top of the crumb layer is browning you can cover the casserole for the remaining time. Since everything is precooked, the goal of cooking is to have the dish heated through, and let the flavors combine.

  • First grill chicken breasts till cooked totally through, or until no pink remains.
  • While chicken is cooking drain your artichokes and wipe off mushrooms and slice them finely. Remove cooked chicken on to plate.
  • Now to make your sauce, empty cream of chicken soup into iron skillet and add the cream. Stir in slivered garlic and artichokes and the sliced mushrooms; let it come to a low boil. Add seasonings. Next, pour sauce over chicken breasts.

  • Cook noodles according to pkg. until barely tender.
  • In a very large bowl, combine the remainding ingredients with the noodles, making sure the noodles are separated and coated with liquid.
  • Pour into a greased crockpot.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
