Steps:
- For the rotisserie chicken: Combine salt, rotisserie chicken seasoning and gochugaru in a bowl. Sprinkle all over the chickens, then refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 520 degrees F.
- Roast chickens for 2 hours. Let cool for 1 hour.
- For the fry batter: Meanwhile, whisk together the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and 2 1/2 cups water in a bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut each whole chicken into 10 to 12 pieces. Lightly coat with fry batter.
- Preheat oil to 325 degrees F in a deep-fryer. Deep fry chicken until crispy, about 3 minutes.
- Preheat a pan or wok with 24 ounces Yangnyeom Sauce until sauce is heated, then gently toss the chicken in the wok until all pieces are covered with sauce. Serve immediately.
- Whisk together gochujang, ketchup, sugar, cola, corn syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar, chile flakes, gochugaru, granulated garlic and minced garlic in a large bowl.
YUM YUM CHICKEN CURRY
We made this last night and it was fantastic; it came from a recent magazine recipe, but we made some changes (per reader feedback) and I wanted to jot down how I did it - it was very, very good, but keep in mind - you can't forget the lemon. It wasn't as good til we added lemon (which was supposed to be in there but I forgot). It is fairly spicey, I would adjust spice levels to taste. Also, serve this over basmati rice.

Steps:
- Combine curry powder, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, cumin, and bay leaf in small bowl.
- Heat oil in large dutch oven over medium high heat. Add chicken to pan, and saute' til beginning to brown (stir frequently). Add onions, and continue to cook til onions tender and chicken is browning (still stirring). Add ginger and garlic, cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Add curry powder mixture, stir constantly, 2 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes, coconut milk, and potatoes; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. After an hour, begin water for rice, and add chickpeas and green peas to curry mixture. When rice is finished, remove curry from heat and add lemon.
- Serve over rice.

- In a medium sized bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, wine, milk, celery, green bell pepper and 3/4 of an envelope of dried onion soup mix. Give ingredients a stir to fully combine (sauce will be fairly thick ). Set aside.
- Place cut up chicken (8 pieces) in prepared baking dish in single layer. Pour or spoon sauce over chicken, spreading sauce to make sure all chicken pieces are covered.
- Bake at 375° F. (uncovered), for one hour. When done, chicken will be cooked to an internal temperature of 165° F. and sauce will be golden brown and bubbly around the edges of pan. Remove pan from oven; let chicken rest 3-4 minutes before serving. Spoon extra sauce over each piece of chicken, to serve. Enjoy!
