This recipe was in my paper recently and I made them for my co-workers. DIVINE! I looked & looked and was surprised I couldn't find it already on Zaar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375* Grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Steps:
- Mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Spread half in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on the partially baked crust.
- Melt the caramels with the remaining evaporated milk and drizzle over chocolate chips & nuts.
- Crumble and pat remaining cake mixture on top and bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cut when cool.
