What would Halloween pudding cups be without crushed chocolate sandwich cookies standing in for graveyard dirt?

Steps:
- ADD several drops of green food coloring (around 5-7 drops) and a few yellow drops of food coloring (around 2-3 drops) to milk to get desired lime green color. Whisk until blended.
- BEAT pudding mix and green milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
- POUR pudding into five 6 oz. dessert cups. Refrigerate at least five minutes to set pudding.
- COVER with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to resemble dirt. Insert candy decorations (such as zombie hand) into top and refrigerate until serving.

- Scoop a tub of the flavored cream cheese into a piping bag with round tip (small or medium). Tie off end.
- If using a small tip scoop a little of the cream cheese into center of cracker or cookie to pipe over. This is not necessary with a medium tip hole.
- Pipe a line down center of cracker/cookie leaving space on each end. Then pipe a swirling snake like shape on each side of it to create each "brain".
- Finally, simply squirt a little gel icing or hot sauce in a few spots around edge of the cream cheese brains and a little in center if you like.
