BADA BING PORK CHOPS

Steps:
- 1. Poke holes in the chops with a fork all over. Mix together the Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, applesauce, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate in marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- 3. Remove the chops from the marinade, and pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil over medium heat, and allow to boil for about 1 minute. Place the pork chops onto the preheated grill, and grill until well browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 minutes per side, basting the chops occasionally with the marinade. A thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees. Allow the marinade baste to cook completely onto the chops.

- 1. Combine all ingredients together in a quart size resealable bag and seal. Knead the meat to ensure it's coated. Place in the bag in the refrigerator until ready to cook. They can be marinated overnight if desired.
- 2. Preheat the grill or if you don't have a grill you can use the broiler in your oven. Remove pork loins from the bag and place on grill/broiler. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, slice into one to make sure it's done or use a meat thermometer. Garnish with papaya and paprika.
