Banana Cinnamon Quinoa Waffles image

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, honey and vanilla. Stir in banana.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just blended.
  • Spray waffle maker with cooking spray. For each waffle, pour about 1/3 cup batter into waffle maker.
